These are probably the easiest cookies that I have ever made, and they are SO delicious!
I saw a recipe for three ingredient cookies made with only bananas, oats, and chocolate chips. I decided to put a high-protein twist on this recipe, and added a few extra ingredients to make them taste even better!
The trick with this recipe is to use super ripe bananas. The riper and browner the bananas, the sweeter the cookies will taste! These cookies are amazing because they contain no added or refined sugar, so they are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while still being low in sugar. These would also be great for kids!
These cookies are so healthy, that you can even have them for breakfast! If you are always in a rush in the mornings, prep these ahead of time so you can grab them as you are running out the door. They are basically oatmeal in a cookie form!
Try making these cookies out for a healthy breakfast, snack, or dessert this week!
