Smoothie bowls are one of my favorite summer snacks! It is fun to try different combinations of fruit and toppings to create new flavors. Lately I have been loving this coconut mango flavor, it is so refreshing when it is hot out!
I like to blend protein powder into my smoothie bowls to make it well-rounded snack that is packed with protein. It also helps keep me full all the way until my next meal!
I topped this smoothie bowl with coconut flakes, but there are so many other fun toppings that you can try!
Here are some of my favorite smoothie bowl toppings:
- Granola
- Fresh fruit
- Chia seeds
- Hemp seeds
- Chopped nuts
- Peanut or almond butter
- Dark chocolate chips
- Coconut flakes
- Cinnamon
- Honey
- Dried fruits


Mango Coconut Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 of a frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
Instructions
- Place ice, frozen banana, frozen mango, protein powder, vanilla extract, and milk in blender. Blend until smooth. You might need to stop the blender a few times and shake it or scrape it down until everything blends together!
- Top with coconut flakes and enjoy!
