This oatmeal choc chip cookie dough is going to be your new favorite snack… and you will not believe that it’s healthy!
I love sweet snacks and desserts, and am always creating new recipes to satisfy my sweet tooth. I first created and posted my Healthy Cookie Dough recipe, which my community went crazy for! And for a good reason… not only is this cookie dough DELICIOUS, but it is also packed with nutrients!
The recipe uses oats, which are full of whole grain, gut-healthy fiber that will keep you full. It is also packed with protein, making it the perfect well-rounded snack or healthy dessert! This cookie dough is so healthy, that you can even eat it for breakfast!
All you need is:
- Oats
- Vanilla protein powder
- Maple syrup
- Almond butter
- Salt
- Chocolate chips
- Almond milk (or your choice of milk)
This healthy cookie dough only takes a few minutes to make, and it is completely edible – so if you love raw cookie dough but don’t love the stomach ache, you will be obsessed with this recipe!


Healthy Edible Oatmeal Choc Chip Cookie Dough
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1-2 tbsp almond milk
Instructions
- In a bowl stir together oats, protein powder, maple syrup, almond butter, salt and chocolate chips.
- Add a splash of milk at a time and stir until you get a thick dough.
- Eat right away or store in the fridge in an airtight container. Enjoy!
