Healthy High-Protein Brownie Batter
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 serving protein powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- stevia (optional)
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Instructions
- Blend the oats into a fine oat flour.
- Add to a bowl and stir together all of the dry ingredients.
- Add a splash of milk at a time, stirring after each addition until you have a thick brownie batter consistency. I used about 1/2 a cup of almond milk.
- Top with extra chocolate chips or a pinch of sea salt. You can eat it right away, or store it in the fridge. Enjoy!
