These healthy no-bake protein brownies are the perfect healthy snack or dessert! They are so easy to make, and come together in a few minutes because there is no baking required!
These brownies are high in protein because they contain protein powder, making them the perfect post-workout snack. I make them with oat flour, which is full of whole-grain fiber to keep you satisfied between meals.
If you have a sweet tooth like I do, you will love these no-bake brownies!


Healthy No-Bake Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 serving protein powder
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp stevia
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Instructions
- Blend oats into oat flour.
- In a bowl mix together oat flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, stevia, salt and chocolate chips.
- Add 1 tbsp of almond milk at a time, stirring well until a very thick dough forms. Do not add too much or the dough will be sticky! If you add too much milk, add a little more oat flour.
- Press into a container lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least an hour, cut into squares and enjoy!
