These Frozen Watermelon Popsicles are probably one of the easiest recipes that I will ever share on my blog! They only require one ingredient – a ripe watermelon!
All you have to do is slice your watermelon in half, put it face down, and make cuts lengthwise and horizontally. The video below explains it better!
Then you just arrange the watermelon sticks on a baking tray, and pop them in the freezer for a few hours!
This is a great summer snack because they are cold, refreshing, and hydrating! They are also super low calorie and contain no-refined sugar. If you have kids, I bet they will love these (and you can avoid a sugar high!)
One Ingredient Watermelon Popsicles
- Slice the watermelon in half. Place one half face down on a cutting board, and cut slices vertically. Turn cutting board, and cut slices in the opposite direction.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange watermelon slices on top. Freeze for a few hours until frozen, and enjoy!
