This pineapple salsa is the perfect summer dip! It is a delicious combination of sweet and spicy flavors, and is a great appetizer or side to your dinner.
This salsa is super easy to make, you just dice everything up and stir it together! It couldn’t be simpler to make, but the bright color and fresh flavors are sure to be a crowd pleaser!
They key to making this salsa is to cut everything up as small as possible to blend the flavors together. Be sure to use a ripe pineapple to maximize the sweetness of the salsa, and I used jalapeño pepper to give it a kick of spice!
The best part about this pineapple salsa is that you can adjust the spice level by using the seeds of the jalapeño pepper. If you want the salsa to be mild, remove all of the seeds. You can increase the spice by leaving more of the seeds in the pepper. Be sure to chop up the jalapeño pepper and seeds as finely as possible, otherwise someone will get a very spicy bite!
Also, be sure to wash your hands well after touching the jalapeño pepper and avoid touching your eyes!
